Its kind of safe and its not also. buying from e-bay verified seller is always recommended but personally i came to know that there are scams in verified sellers too.

why dont you look for a brand new one from qatar as it carry one year warranty from the date of purchase? what if bought 2nd hand you have problem next day? online, you are buying the product without seeing it .. there can be sracthes and other problems since its online and you dont see it and you are paying in advance too..

hi,why you're going to buy a second hand unit outside qatar if you can buy a new one here,there's a lot of store here selling apple products,compute the second hand items you want to buy and add the shipping cost and add also the risk you might get a bad one and also the warranty,it will be a big head ache for you,if i where you i will just go to a new one here.off course,buying in ebay is safe.
