I have also been cheated by Royal Regis.I went to the police in Dubai but they said that since their office was closed when they visited,they could not take any action.Apparently the owner of RR has opened another company along the lines of Royal Regis in Dubai and has been operating for some time without any problems. Looks like Royal Regis 2 is on the way.The only way to achieve some sort of success in getting our monies back is to firstly form a whatsapp group and then collectively go to the police as a group to lodge a complaint.

Guys, the email also doesnt work now! someone tell me how to proceed legally. I heard in UAE there are complaints lodged against them.

I am also one of those who got cheated by them. They even mentioned that they are approved by Ministry of Commerce and Industry. They were here during the time of Covid but travelling was itself a challenge because of covid restrictions almost everywhere in the world so most of us didn't travel. I called them before the world cup for hotel reservation in Doha, they said they can comply with the request after the WC only, due to hotel unavailability issue and huge prices during the WC and can only reserve the hotel after the WC and now they are vanished.
