Cargo company issue

I had given 7 Parcel to Good will sea Cargo in Doha,Qatar to Kerala, India in the month of March which was suppose to reach by end of April.I have received 6 Parcel but one is still not delivered.

When try to contact them in Doha by telephone or mail,they are not responding saying that they dispatched all to India but not giving any detail or interest to trace the missing one.

Could any one suggest what to do to recover the parcel or claim insurance.How to deal with such cargo companies.Since we left Qatar permanently, its very difficult to reach them.
