How To Get Loan From Private or Other Banks I'm Working Getting 4930 QAR Salary Need Suggestions or Way

First of all, thank you so much for reading this post, the second I have no idea who are you but I'm looking for a bank/office from where I can get around 40 or 60 thousand loan and I can pay monthly up to 2500 QAR.

I'm working with my company from Nov 2018. I can provide my service letter, verifications, company verifications etc all kind of proof.

My Basic is 3100 so that's why I can't get because most of the banks are giving loan to people around 6,000 QAR salary. Anyone can give me advise or place where I can get a loan easily and pay monthly installments. One more thing if there is no bank then tell me the smart way where I can get money because I want to build my house in my country Pakistan.

I can't mention my company name here but I'm working in a professional company with good position but my company will provide me a NOC after 1 year of my job period.
