Dominican Hair Salon in Doha?

I was looking in my Marhaba book and noticed that there is a Dominican Republic Consulate...I'm curious does anyone know if there are any Dominican hairstylists? I'm from NYC and Dominican salons are the BEST!! And it would be soo awesome if there was a Dominican salon here in doha. My hair problems would be solved.

If not i would be interested in starting a Dominican hairstylist salon here in Qatar. They use the best hair products, Brazilian, Spaniard and Italian. Products that i can't find in any salon not even the hotels. Anyone know how i could go about starting a salon?
