Well I did it for 36 hours , and then i said let me smoke ! It was the worst feeling , but then i got used to it again.

My problem , I can go without a cigarette for 16 hours , and then when i have a cigarette , i just have then 3 cigs after 16 hours , and then 16 hours no cigarette is that bad ? Is that worse that just smoking regularly
