what is NOC terms and company policy while exit a company (Almuftah)

Dear Qlries, Requesting you all to share your experience on the NOC policy terms by the Almuftah Group of Company Suppose A person willing to quite Almuftah group after finishing his 2 years contract with the company... Will they still BAN for 2 years or will get NOC to join other company.. Please advise..... Thanks

As per my understanding the issuance of NOC is entirely a company matter. Each company has its own rules and regulations on this matter. If the company does not give you NOC you will not be able to come back on work visa for two years. The ban is not from the company but I believe it is a government regulation.
