One my friend is serching hera job for mechanical draughtsman and he is having 10+ year experiance and he is having NOC also. Can any body help him? if you know abhot this requirment.

@lopzche , I don't think he can even come on visit or business visa , as I tried for the same in 2013 but could not get . he needs to complete 2 years or NOC from current employer . even in new law he has to complete contract period or 5 years .
He can come back as tourist or visit visa but cannot work. If he will come back for work try Year 2017 for the new Law
