Our Project Team would like to organize an outdoor get together party this month. Maximum attendees will be 100. Any suggestion regarding the venue? The activities will be limited to singing, dancing and raffle of prizes only.

I went to the Oryx Rotana last night. They have an outdoor bar area around the pool. try talking to the management to see what they can do for you.
