US Taxes - helpful chart

Attahced is a flowchart to determine whether you can claim exclusion or deduction of foreign earned income and housing when filing US taxes.

I would assume that if I start working in Qatar in April 2007. Then I could possibly claim the exclusion based on 330 days rule when filing taxes in April 2008.
