URGENT soluton - imigrtation doubts
dear friends.
my wife is working in the sposorship of school visa. showing both of our salary certiicate and marriage certifiate , I got family visa for my two children --- both are in my sponsorship, for the last 8 years. wife still in school sponsrhip.
now my wife wants to leave the job.
1. Do I need a NOC from school, to change to my
sponsorship ?
2. Can the school put her ban on 2 years ?
3. Even if they put ban, can I bring her back to my
family visa ?
4. Do I have to do the whole process of getting a new
family visa ?. ( I dont have much of the criteria )
5. Since I have two chidren in my visa, is it not a
family visa ? Is it not just adding one more person
in my exisitng family visa ?
I am afraid, I may not get a family visa, if I am trying to do the whole process again.
How to add her name in my EXISTING family visa ?
Pls advise me a suitable reply. If anyone advise any authentic person, who can get this done for me, I will meet him.
if i go directly to immigartion dept, they will give the usual official reply to bring "N" number of documents
