Hi Friends,I have got an Offer from UrbaCon General contracting, I would like to know the work culture and their behavior to employees? Please comments on work contracts, salary,annual leave,etc.

I've been hired by KCT as Site Engineer.Are they following what is written in the contract (i.e. Salary, Insurance and Vacation Leave)? Please advice as I have been issued a working visa and my ticket is on-process already

I know some of their employeees, never heard anything wrong about the company.
