Unsettled Bank/Credit Card Loan

I am seeking an advise to those who have a wide experience on how I can settle my unpaid credit card loans since I had repatriated from the UAE. Please, this is a serious matter and tell me the most accurate action to do. Am afraid that in a sudden unavoidable occasion if I will be re-entering on that country, I will be arrested by the authorities.

In addition, the interest is continueosly rising. I have the will to pay but I don't know the procedure.
