Transfer sponsorship

I would like to seek help regarding transfer sponsor. My new company saying im already in their sponsor, but upon checking online same expiry date of my RP and QiD. If Im already transfer, what should be writing when checking expiry date of RP?should be the new or same? Please advise.

your sponsorship is transferred first and once that is compelte your RP is then renewed by the new company.

you are not transfered yet..its going to expire soon...take that page and show to your sponsor...ask him if transferered then why it is going to expire
