Terminated without NOC but with bank loan. Any advice?

I need advice badly, last week i got terminated in my company for the reason of asking NOC from my current company. I don't have intention to resign because i have a huge loan in the bank but they terminate me. even i told them that i have a loan, they still terminate me and insist that the will not give noc. they give me 1month to settle all my liabilities to bank, but i dont know what to do since i dont have enough money to pay it. any positive advice guys? im really depressed this time.
Do not believe anyone who suggests you to escape ..
First of all company will inform the bank that they have terminated you.
If caught at immigration trying to flee without repaying ..This may be considered a serious offence.
Visa cannot be canceled unless all debts are repaid.
if loan amount is bigger than what u cannot afford u take exit and Escape, If not Bank will be sent you in Jail
You got terminated because you asked for an noc. Now you go back and tell I do not need an noc anymore, iam sure they will take you back. The reason you got terminated is because you asked for noc which shows you are least interested to show any interest to the company. Hence go back and say I'm no more interested in the noc. I'm also ready to show interest in serving tea for the company. :)
@molten metal, no reason i will tell a lie right now, i'm in depressed position right now and i cannot gain anything if i lie. i was terminated because i request NOC. i try to speak to my manager and keep asking if they can give me NOC but his heart is hard. Im planning to go to bank and inform them and ask advice what will i do. i cannot pay my loan right now -_-
I don't trust your story that by simply asking NOC one gets terminated ........................ ..............
We have taken up this matter on QL on many occasions in 2012 / 2013 ....... ................ ....... ..........
I am sure you were not reading forum discussions on QL ..... It's more painful than anything for a living person ..........................
Taking bank loan is the biggest gamble a man play ..... when you are in a foreign country ..................................... !
take exit permit, go home, done.
you should go the labour court @doha petrol station.May be itz working otherwise u hva settled loan before leaving country...
Remember company can terminate you without any reason ..
If you go to labor court ..Company can also provide false evidence that your performance was unsatisfactory & many other reasons for termination.
Request NOC, but at the same time arrange money to repay the bank .
Yes ..bank will not allow you to leave qatar unless you pay back your loan.
Sponsor may not give NOC. Keep requesting your present employer to give NOC.
Else, just arrange money from friends or relatives..pay back & fly to your home country..
The only reason is that, im requesting if they can give me NOC and transfer to other company, but instead of giving me NOC, they give me termination letter. thats what im planning, im going to bank and see what will happen. i dont have enought money, im worry because maybe they will hold me and cannot go home. im willing to stay here in qatar and work to other company, to pay the loan.
How come without reason someone get terminated? This is something strange..... Sir, you should speak to company boss and tell them you have loan, also you should approach bank and tell them very clearly what happened. At least this will give some relaxing that you are not doing any fraud with bank. Tell the bank, what happened....this is best.
