Tenancy Contract In English & Arabic

Hi QL
I have a written a tenancy contract in English, it is a template which I will be using for my Real estate Business.
I would like to have that template translated to Arabic
So I could use this for any tenancy agreement as only Arabic version is legalized here in Qatar.
I know there are standard tenancy forms available from Typing Center but I want the customized version which is more suitable for my business and my clients. I.e. giving them break clause and so on
I want someone to translate and provide me a soft copy (i.e. on MS word) which I can then print on my company official paper whenever I need to have a new contract signed.
I have contacted couples of translation service but they can only translate and give me the hard copy, which is not I want
