Spa deals at the moment?

Hello ladies!

I've been busy unpacking boxes as we've just moved to Doha with our 2 boys (ages 3 and 4). I'm in need of a really good massage plus a bit of a pamper like a facial, pedicure etc. I've been looking at the hotel spa prices and everything looks expensive...

Does anyone know of any deals or promotions that are happening at the moment? It doesn't have to be 5 star as long as the treatments are professional and the premises are clean. Something with a local feel is always a bonus!

Anyone have any suggestions?
