smart roaming ~ no signal!

to my fellow kabayans! i just noticed that my smart roaming doesnt have signal for like two days now. i asked my friends if they have the same problem, and they said yes. anybody here knows what the heck is wrong.. is it a network problem due to several typhoons in our country or something?

someone posted the answer of Smart Telecommunications, and it noted that there been a maintenance going on in their system that is why we don't have signals, and just monitor the said service to be back within the next 24hrs. Hope it answer your query :)
