Jczy , Strike friendship with a sweet natured person if you have a choice at HR , address the concerned secretary as 'sister' in your next visit & you will see a huge difference , she will speed up the process for you ........ mark my words .............. ......
@Jczyrine,You should first approach your HR as advised by MM & Britexpat, you don't just report to labor without feedback from your company, wait till you see their reaction after the deadline of their promised date/day.then you can take the matter to the next level...
If nothing works out the proper way and after you have lost all hopes of cooperation from the company, you may approach the Labor Office and they will help you in getting your dues and in leaving the country. This would be possible if you have in hand a legal contract which had been registered at the Labor Office and you are not violating any of the terms in the contract. However, try all options to sort out the matter amicably with the company before approaching the Labor Office.
They told me to wait until Monday more.do I need to ask a help from labor office so there the who will call my company to process my papers urgently or should I need to wait.because its already more than a week when started to stop work.

Speak to the HR and ask what the delay is and when you expect to be paid.
But I'm already more than one week.what do I need to do now?please give me an advice
Say one week max .......... before that you must receive your dues & benefits .......... sell your used items , car , tv etc ............
Remind the HR , folks there become lazy even after having one dozen coffee mugs in the 8 hrs .......
