I have been working in my current job for 1 year and 5 months now. But so happen i got an opportunity in other country. I filed resignation but my employer rejected it. Please help me i have to leave qatar by december? Is there anything i can do aside from convincing them to accept my resignation? Please anyone can help me about my case?

Resignation is your choice by law, so no one can stop you. this case just explain to your employer that you want to leave that you have some emergency situation in your back home, if sill rejects go to your Embassy and make a complaint they will guide you further
