Registering New LLC or WLL Company

On behalf of my close friends in Dubai I am initiating this Forum Topic

Dubai based LLC Company wants to start/register their new office branch in Qatar.

Activities: Marketing of high profile scanning machines, Laboratory Equipments

Our priorities/preferences:

1) Same name as registered in Dubai.

2) Partners in Dubai (Indians) need to retain both Dubai Residence Permit whereas they need Qatar Residence Permit/QIDs.

3) Either direct foreign company co.(100%) or WLL is acceptable.
