QTEL vs Vodafone

Hi all, I am currently in the UK but moving to Qatar in August.

I am currently with Vodafone and have an iPhone that is locked to Vodafone. (I am able to jailbreak the phone if necessary!)

My question is:

QTEL or Vodafone?

About the same as the UK (iPhone 4s QR 2999 = £518). All phones here are unlocked.
