Processing of dataflow

Hi anyone here who knows the processing of dataflow in qatar? I just want to ask if theres any limit of working gap in processing the dataflow because as of now i have 1 year working gap, but i already have employer but until now we are still waiting for the salary offer, we've been waiting for almost 5 months now, im just worried in the future.. Thank you
