New law for Change of employer within one year
Please advice if sponsorship transfer can be done within 01 year as per the new labor law. My sponsorship was transferred in march-2017 to "X" company with an unlimited contract. However later it was clear that the project will end/indefinitely stop in June-2017 and this " X " company will terminate all the project employees and provide NOC.
Kindly suggest if I can change the employer without exiting Qatar after June-2017 as they will be providing NOC along with the termination letter. Thanks in advance.
