need suggestion

any body here knows how to get a mobile plan? im planning to have an iphone 4 plan to vodafone or qtel, how much each month will i pay and for how long? and what are the requirements in case its possible? any suggestion are highly appreciated, thanks

I agree with saad regarding Balckerry or Samsung Smartphones. Samsung will be the leader in 2012.
