Need Help from Qatar Foundation

Hi,

I have friend who was continuing her master degree in one of the universities in Qatar Foundation, she had paid the tuition for the 1rst year and started her classes, after 1 month she had a problem with her visa where they suddenly told her you can not enter the country, the university couldnt help her with the visa issue and they refused to pay the money she paid back.

she want to continue her master degree but if there is no hope with the visa she want the money she paid back.
