National Day Holiday

I am working in a private concern, we didn't get any holiday for National Day. Even Thursday.
Is if Fare that our company not respect the national Day. Pls advise what to do???

They can add a day to your annual leave. Check with HR may be that's what they are planning to do. If not complain to the Labour Department and see if they have the authority to deal with these matters.
They're busy making rules and enjoying a day off
So many company doesn't care labour law we are also working , but where is the concerned authority to look in to the matter

That's not true, brit. The Labor Law states that there will be a "Working Day" off in the event of the National Day.
Nothing you can do. Apparently, its up to the individual private companies to decide whether they will give a holiday or not ..
