My son is in college and I want to open a bank account for him. Are there any special accounts for students?

Hi, he can open savings account with any bank. All the banks in Qatar offers this facility

I think you can open one such account for him through Commercial Bank (not sure about other banks on if they have such service). I think you can open one, but transactions and others can take place only after he is 18 years of age.
