Movers WARNING DO NOT USE CCU LOGISTICS

Dear Everyone,

Please be advised and aware that CCU Logistics should never be used for your moves. They broke nearly all of my goods, failed to complete the move and then refused to compensate me for any of the damage. I was moving back to the USA and paid CCU logistics for a door to door move. When the shipment got to a port in the USA, I was told that CCU did not pay the appropriate agents and I was forced to pay even more thousands of dollars and arrange for the final delivery of goods myself.

When my goods arrived, the boxes marked "fragile" were crushed, on the bottom of the pallet.

After contacting CCU logistics, they promised to compensate me for the additional amount, but never did. They refused to take any responsibility for the packing.

If you value your goods, do not ever use this company. There are many other reliable options available.

Regards,
Concerned Expat

Expatadvocate - Count yourself lucky that they only damaged your cargo and nothing much else. Some of this very guys have taken some of the logistics companies here in Qatar to the dogs. Just imagine coconut sellers like Kamal as a business manager and Key contacts for a few of this companies are made up of relatives, brothers in law and more of their own from Lanka

How come you never thought it fit to look around for a more reliable company. One look at their Key contacts list says it all that its just another bad service provider, not that the other forwarding companies are much better as most of them are stuffed with this same bunch of people from Colombo.
