Mashrq Bank not reduce interest on loan ?

I READ LAST MONTH ON NEWS PAPER ALL BANK SHOULD COMPLY WITH QCB NEW LAWS ON PERSONAL LOAN, THAT IS INTEREST RATE SHOULD NOT CHARGE ABOVE 6.5% ON PERSONAL LOAN (NEW AND EXISTING LOANS). I WAS WAITING TO GET THE MESSAGE FROM MASHERQ ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY ARE CUTTING FOR MY PERSONAL LOAN. I WONDER TODAY I GOT MESSAGE THAT THEY CUT SAME AS BEFORE. THAT MEANS "MASHREQ NOT COMPLYING WITH QCB?? COMMENT IF ANY BODY HAS SAME EXPERIENCE.....

They should not reduce the amount per month... But they reduce the no of installments...
