Loans in Qatar

Pls i need to know what are the requirements for an expat to take a loan in qatar .

don ever try to get loan try until n unless u can solve ur problem without it coz loan is like a virus obviously we have anti virus but it will attack....... it's upon u take my word's serious or just F*** off .......... didt matter me single

1. u should have an account with the bank especially for ur salary transfer. 2. request a letter from ur company stating that u will take a loan from that bank. 3. main requirements are ur salary at least 4,000QR and above. 4. ur company should be approved company from the bank. 4. u should be a confirmed staff. If u think u are qualified for all of this, that's the time that u can already take or apply a loan in the bank. Kindly visit Grand Hamad St as they are the called this as Bank's street...Good luck!.. =)

My opinion is don't take loan coz u will be in real difficulty later on.

U can do one thing

Go to Normal bank and inquire and also go to an Islamic bank and inquire

U can choose the one that will benefit u!

you have a salary account. then yoou need a salary cerificate from your employer. copy of your RP.

go for mashreq, its quick and easy step

you need to open a current account with mashreq

statement from your bank -- 6 months for salary transfer

salary declaration from employer

valid residency visa

then fill up the forms

easy easy easy

just visit their branch for more details

They Don't ask how long you are staying, but your Company would write in the Letter to the Bank how long your contract is for.
