Job change and NOC

I changed my job last june(8 Months before) with release and NOC, Now my previous company is calling me back, since they got new project.(with high package). Is it possible to change my visa, if i get NOC and release from my current company? Please advice if any one have clear idea about this.

Presently I am working here as CNC Operator and my salary also very low my company won't give NOC. Can I resign my job then shal I go to my country then can I apply for a new job here?? Please need advice or else please advice me to search CNC Cutting Machine Operator Job out of Qatar Plzz

NO way to go back but you can ask you recent company for secondment paper or cancel your work permit and take NOC and you can ask your previous company to issue new visa for you without leaving the counrty
