Is it possible to change visa to Assistant Manager

Hi, I am planning to change my profession Marketing and for that purpose I have attested my certificates. Now Mandoop is saying to change in to a profession like manager the minimum salary is 10000. But my salary is less than that. So I am planning to change it to assistant manager, but he was saying there is no such profession under Qatar labor as Assist. Manager.

Could you please help me to figure out the solution.

Depends on the availability of the visa category...you can verify from Labor...usually its the gross salary (inclusive of allowances) that they consider
