I need some advise about family RP.

Can someone tell me what is the time frame for the residence permit to be processed by the immigration? I gave the immigration all my papers 10 days ago and still no answer from them. i went to check two days ago and they told me still under review. so what is really their time frame to approve or decline? i have my kids in school and i keep getting notes from school asking for the RP. Can someone please answer my inquiry? thanks a bunch.

For my staff within one week, I do this personally. /day one go for medical, if all ok after 2 days proceed for fingerprints, after 2 days the RP can be issued but you need to be chasing .
