It really does grow with time, the more you experience and overcome in your life, and the more you get to know yourself the more you know how to make yourself happy.    A lot of it is also learning that you don't need everyone to like you, that it's perfectly alright to cut the bad people or bad things out of your life, the people or things who don't make you feel good about yourself.

i know as what owen said that it should begin with me... but advices from others gave me enlightenment... sometimes when we are not in ourselves we see all the things around us negatively... there are times that we are tough and there are times that we loses hope and confidence... I read a book and it says that if the strategy that you are using in your life is not working anymore you need to find a new ways in running your life... and we can get the answers through advices. We have different battles in life different responses on how we are dealing to these situations. We have different points of view how we see life... and having a good conversation with others give us the feeling of realization that what we are doing is wrong and we need to take action to have changes... Thank you for all your advices...

You lost confidence in yourself, because reality sit in and hurt more  for what you bargain for. Emotions are treacherous and sometimes very uncontrollable, specially when it comes to your own feelings being hurt. The best medicine is too move on with your life and objectives. that if you want something to happen, repeat it to yourself, or better write it several times on the paper...there are also some special trainings..

at some point I used to work with the psychologist, it was a great experience.. that's why I am convinced that everyone CAN develop self-confidence and other features as he/she needs... shane, i will try to search some materials and trainings on line, and will let you know...You also can serf the net for this matter...

Grows with time and the more you trust yourself to overcome difficulties then the more self confidence you win.

Books and helpful suggestion are good but in actual fact your own life experience gives you confidence - it is about not being afraid to tackle situations- the more you do the better you get at it.

Another thing which is reality, no matter what age you are there are always situations we all need to overcome and don't have self confidence to do it, but always manage.

You are young and according to your profile you already need a great deal of confidence in that field - how do you manage in your job if you lack confidence.

try to repeat this over and over ...."i can do this, if they can do it..surely i can...i believe in myself....God will not let me do things like this if HE knows that i cant...surely I can" ...honestly, it has to begin within you before you take advises from someone else....

lol...i'm still inspired by mila.....
