How to clear Loan if i leave country

Hi Friends,
Iam working in doha for past 2 years and i took personal loan (QR100,000 for 30 months installment) from a bank having my salary account. Can any one advise if i want to leave the country for better prospect what should i do, i dont have enough money to repay my loan and if the company terminate me what can i do to repay the loan.

hey....he's asking what happened to the loan if the company will terminate him? ... will the company obliged to give him NOC?
