How to cat proof our backyard?

I have a small backyard which has a small garden and few cats. Some stray cats are jumping in from the walls and fighting with my indoor cat.

What is the best and economical way to cat-proof my backyard in Qatar?

Anybody with similar situation? Would appreciate if you can share some economical solutions.

It is nigh on impossible unless you build a wire mesh enclosure
