There are several certifying bodies in Qatar, Velosi, BV, GL etc who can supply internationally qualified inspectors to witness tests and issue certificates. They will just pop along to your venue.
However, if you need a company where as you can conduct tests, try Bodycote. Or call Velosi and ask them to recommend sombody, they wont mind, especially if they think you may use them as the certifying authority.
Wherever you go, its going to cost you. And Qatar is not cheap anymore.

For welders qualification. you can forward your request to
Velosi or ABS certification companies and the request will
automatically reach us.
