You need to ask few nearby bakalas there and they can help you out...some of the food mess will be hidden or made inside home. so check out with couple of people nearby

yes restaurants. most of the restaurnts dont have mess. mess provides food on a monthly basis. like you pay 300 or 400 and become a member and you can have food from there the whole month. its much cheaper when compared to paying for every meal individually.
