Engineer Post for a Diploma Graduate

Dear All... I got an offer as a Systems Engineer in Qatar though I am a Diploma Graduate, not in a category of Bachelor's degree.. Will it be possible for the company who is hiring me to obtain an engineer's visa for me while my credentials and transcript of records shows I am a diploma graduate? Thanks in advance for any opinions that may be passed on..

Thank you all, well in that case i will ask them first if they can assure me of residency with the position they are offering me. I don't want to compromise my current job. Thanks again.

A attested certificate is must ot get Visa with Profession Engineer at immigration counter, so they will ask certificate from you to get visa so you give them your Engineering diploma and let them try.. by the way in UAE diploma holders get Engineer status...
