EMPLOYMENT IN QATAR. WHO SHOULD PAY?

Hello Everyone,

I am processing my papers here as a Nurse in Doha Qatar, and the whole processing experience has been gruelling..... gosh... I just want to ask anybody out there who knows about who should pay during the processing for working here in Qatar. I arrived here in Doha with a Visit Visa under the sponsorship of my sibling. I have extended my visa several times using my own personal money because I was at that time looking for an employer. But now, I am working part time for my employer since I am still waiting for the finalization of my license as a Nurse under SCH.

Now, my questions are, WHO SHOULD PAY AND WHO SHOULD PROCESS THESE:

1. Evaluation, Dataflow and Licensing Requirements.
2. Fingerprinting and Qatar ID in Ministry of Interior
3. Visa transfer from my sibling to my Employer.
4. Medical Examination

If anyone could enlighten me on this, I would be greatly thankful.

1. Evaluation, Dataflow and Licensing Requirements.

-> YOU WILL

2. Fingerprinting and Qatar ID in Ministry of Interior

-> your employer (definitely)

3. Visa transfer from my sibling to my Employer.

-> your sponsor....they're hiring you, right?

4. Medical Examination

-> your sponsor

You are the one responsible for the processing thru dataflow, evaluation and licensing. it is really unfair but we have nothing to do because you are hired here and not overseas. your employment with your company is still pending because you still not finish your verification. that is the reason why your company are not responsible for your verification.

Thanks for the reply jianne. Do you know anybody who has the same case as i have? Another question, usually, is it the Mandoob/ PRO who does the processing for the Dataflow, Evaluation and Licensing for Nurses? I've been doing all these things on my own because my employer doesn't have a Mandoob. I sometimes think it is unfair on my part because I have to pay for the taxi everytime I go out processing.... And the salary she pays me is not that much.... :(

1. Evaluation, Dataflow and Licensing Requirements.

2. Fingerprinting and Qatar ID in Ministry of Interior

3. Visa transfer from my sibling to my Employer.

4. Medical Examination

ANSWER:

1. YOU ARE THE ONE TO PAY AND PROCESS

2. YOU ALSO BUT WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMPANY

3. COMPANY

4. YOU BUT WITH THE COMPANY LETTER.

THE REASON IS, YOU ARE CONSIDERED LOCAL HIRE. IF YOU ARE OVERSEAS HIRE, ALL YOUR QUESTION ARE PROCESS BY YOUR COMPANY. AND BY THE WAY, YOU CANNOT REIMBURSE YOUR EXPENSES TO YOUR COMPANY...
