most of the gold shops has the option of ear piercing but seen only males working there doing the piercing so not sure if any gold shops having females workers doing the job for you
you can do it by yourself. sanitize a pin and pin it in your ears. :)
not sure about female......but you can get it done in the basement pharmacy at Centerpoint mall, Doha. They have an ear/ nose piercing machine which is painless and takes only one second. Know of it from my friends female relatives getting it done there.
