What do they mean by this regarding my employment?

Unable to Verify - Detail research did not reveal any contact details of the Facility.

On being contacted on number reflecting on certificate of experience submitted by the Applicant, Owner of the Facility verified all details of Applicant’s employment as genuine, however same number could not be validated.

The facility is just a small private clinic in a rural area owned and managed by a doctor.

With this result, would SCH still consider giving me a license if my employer is okay with it? Please someone enlighten me about this. Thanks in advance.
