Changing Profession

i got the offer letter, but the available visa profession is purchase manager, where as i have only qualification 03 year diploma.Company says 03 year diploma in engineering is not eligible for the manager post. company submitted twice to change it visa profession from purchase manager to general suprevisor but it did not went through. Is that changing professsion very defficult. Plz help me..
