Change Ownership of Vehicle in case Spouse died
Any body knows what is the procedure / or process in the transfer of car ownership to the surviving wife? in case the husband died or passed away without living any will? I knew that death certificate and marriage contract are one of the basic documents, any other documents neede? thanks...
tnx for all your comments... actually it's my sis husband who passed away recently and the family car is in his name so my sis need to dispose this car since she don't drive

i don't know but i do pray that the husband and wife enjoy a long life together and that the wife never has to transfer her dead husband's possessions..unless of course he's been refusing to make a will and its getting in the way of her plans to kill him..just kidding:-)
