Certificate Attestation

Hi everyone,

Is it necessary to submit educational certificate for renewal of qatar id with proffession as manager as per new rules (I have this proffession in my id since 2009) .And what are the procedures for getting certificate attested from Indian embassy and MOFA. I have already got stamped from HRD and MOEA in India.
