New drivers shouldn't drive new and expensive to repair cars. You must go for a used one for now and then upgrade as necessary. Small cars are not safe but they can easily accommodate into tight parking spaces. You can go for hatchback models of Hyundai, Wolkswagen, Peugeot and Suzuki. These cars can fit themselves in tightest of spaces. You'd need to spend anywhere between QR5000 to QR15000 depending of car model and year of manufacture.

You can also go for saloon types like Honda City, Toyota Corolla/Camry/Tersel, Nissan Sunny/Tiida, etc. You'd need to spend a little more on these cars cause of their strong market value. They are relatively safer and not that big. Hope this helps.
