Hi manalkamel, can you give an update on what happened and what you did for this situation? same situation as mine currently. Thank you for your feedback.
it is not about the fees it is about time when we were told upon asking on phone only the renewal of passport will take maybe 45 days she was refusing because she need to go soon for an important occasion that is why I am asking if there is a fast way even with extra fees
I think she can't. She can file for passport validity extension from Philippine embassy so that the passport still remains valid. Or try to process for its renewal prior of her departure.
Let it be clear , no body can think of travelling without a valid PP .....

If her sponsor is kind & caring , fee should be paid by the sponsor and drive her to the embassy & airport etc ..

No one can travel on an expired passport.
She will need to pay a fee at the embassy and clear this up.

no one can travel with a expired passport, whatever race you may be. tell her to go to philippine embassy ask for the extension of her passport, they will just going to stamp a year or 2 years extension on the page 4 of her passport for a certain fee, then she can travel worry free.
I don't think she can travel, coz it happened to my daughter with an expired passport, even though the visa was valid, she was returned from the luggage weighing / boarding pass counter itself. We had to apply for a fresh passport the other day which was renewed same day evening. BTW Iam an indian and talking about indian embassy. Kindly check the embassy of Philippines for better guidance.
I think she can travel as she is going on an exit visa. If she gets an exit visa then there should be no problems. It is better you check with your embassy on this also. As for problems during transit, there will should be none as she will not be leaving the airport but just taking a connecting flight and only the boarding pass is needed at this time.
