Can my wife come on family visa from Dubai, while she is in Dubai on visit visa

Hello,

I applied for qatar family visa , my wife will be going to UAE along with my relatives on transit visa and i will be joining them later. while I am returning back to qatar , Can my wife come to Qatar along with me on qatar family visa ,while she is on UAE transit visa or she need to exit UAE, go to India and come to Qatar on family visa. Please advise.
