If your husband holds women in such low esteem - why did he marry one? strange

You need to rething your decision about him being 'the only one'. the sooner you get out of this horrible situation and move on - then the happier YOU and thus your baby will be. No child should be brought up by an unloving parent.

That is not very nice to make a comment about the OP and a rich man's car. men do not rule the world on behalf of women. there are quite a few female presidents now including Ms Sirleaf in Liberia.Oh and Wangari Maathai the Nobel prize winner???

Regardless of race, religion or gender people should be equal.

If you are indeed African then you more than anyone should know the strength of women.

i was told that men rule to world on behalf of women and for women. if this pity woman goes to court and says anteing, the court will just believe without listening to the man. im very pity for men nowadays. iam planing to establish international men rights organization and the main office will be in Ghana.. who want to join me?

your husband bought the car for u because u were his wife...now u want to divorce him , then he has right to confiscate the car...if u say the car is for u..then go to court to prove how u got money to buy the car. if i have a problem with someone, i dont want her or his anything.

i bet he would beat her up.... Some laws 'Justify' the need to beat the wife, if you know what I mean!

Please explain how you 'understand' someone who won't let you out of the house??? won't allow you to drive and won't allow you to work???

Now what would you do if your wife did that to you????

I am so sorry for your situation it sounds very hard especially with a young baby.

This is when sponsorship is wrong because he is taking away your basic rights. No one should keep you in your house against your will. Especially as he is not Qatari but a guest here himself.

I am sure you want to be a good wife and mother but it seems like the situation is impossible.

Good luck to you dear.

Check the plate on the MOI website and check if it has any outstanding violations.

Rini, is the car really belongs to you?

or bcz of the situations your husband registered in ur name, so I think it is not really belongs to you then why do u try to get that car?

But the problem is when the car is under you, you will be the responsible person for anykind of violations and what so ever.

So that, better you should consult your lawyer for how can be changed the registration from your responsibility.

Good Luck..

As you are the owner of the car..you can sell the car. But seriously if it was bought with your husbands money then leave it. and i dont know why you are going for the divorce.

I think if you sit and talk to each other and take some help from your elder family memebrs may you can save your marriage. I hope you guys have done all these steps before going ahead for divorce, if not then plz think about this and if you have kids then think twice before you leap.

If the car is under your name, then you can get it, legally its yours , so you can just inform your husband that you want the car, or else you can file a case against him to the police.

Good Luck

Please note

Diverse is not a solution for the problems.....Try to live together and use the car again by both of you.

Best of luck

If I am your husband I will let you suffer until all the divorce proceedings are over without a single cent. I will make sure you are the one who file for divorce. You will be bankrupt by time divorce proceedings are over :)
